Nuvectra Corporation (“Nuvectra”) has permanently ended its operations in connection with its ongoing bankruptcy and liquidation.


The Algovita Spinal Cord Stimulation System (“Algovita”) is no longer placed on the market worldwide. As of March 17, 2020, Nuvectra has ceased all patient support, product warranty replacements, and treatment activities. This includes adjustments to therapy, device reprogramming, and MRI review for safety. The Nuvectra Algovita Spinal Cord Stimulation post market clinical study has also been canceled. New or replacement clinician programmers, patient programmers, patient rechargers, leads, implantable generators, and accessories are no longer available.


Patients are urged to consult their physician regarding future use of the Algovita system or removing/replacing the system.

Please note that phone support by Nuvectra will continue only though confirmation of Nuvectra’s plan of reorganization with the bankruptcy court, which Nuvectra expects to occur in May 2020.

On November 12, 2019, Nuvectra voluntarily commenced a court-supervised process under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code to provide the Company the time and flexibility to continue its review of a range of strategic options to maximize value and address its financial obligations.
